1.What facial data does our application collect?
We analyze your photos to identify facial feature points (such as eyes, nose, and mouth points) for facial processing. We do not collect facial data. After the analysis process is completed, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved.
2.What is the purpose of collecting this information?
In order to achieve the user's "dressing up" effect, the application needs to identify feature points (such as eye, nose, mouth points).
The complete process is:
(1) You will submit the selected photos to our server in an encrypted manner;
(2) The server analyzes the facial data in your photos and applies it to the template you have selected;
(3) After the synthesis is completed, the server will return the final rendering effect to you through the application;
(4) The final synthesized effect (i.e. your 'work') will be temporarily stored in encrypted storage and will be permanently deleted after a certain period of time. After the synthesis process is completed, we will immediately delete the facial image you submitted to the server.
3.Will the data be shared with any third party? Where will this information be stored? How long will facial data be retained?
We will not share your facial data with any third party, nor will we store any facial information you submit. After the analysis process is completed, the photos you uploaded will be deleted.
II. How do we collect and use personal information
During your use of "Glowcam" and its services, we will collect information in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity. The information we collect or request from you will be used for:
1. Ensure the basic normal operation of the product;
2. Implement various functions and services;

The user agrees that personal privacy information refers to the information that can personally identify the user or involves personal communication, including the following information: the user's real name, ID number, mobile phone number, and IP address. (1) When using the content creation function of Glowcam, Glowcam may obtain the following permissions on your terminal device:
1. Camera permissions
When you use the photography service function in your personal center, we will need to obtain your device's CAMERA photography permission and collect the image and album content information (personal information) you provide. This permission requires your authorization and permission. If you refuse to provide it, it will only prevent you from using this feature, but will not affect your normal use of other features of the product and/or service. You can refuse or disable this permission authorization through your device when we request authorization from you.
2. Equipment status permissions
During your use of [Glowcam], in order to remember your identity, analyze your usage of [Glowcam], and identify you as a user of [Glowcam], we will need to obtain your device READ_SHONE-STATE permission to read phone status and collect your device's IMSI, IMEI number, IDFA information (personal information). This permission requires your authorization and permission. If you refuse to provide it, it will only prevent you from using this feature, but will not affect your normal use of other features of the product and/or service. You can refuse or disable this permission authorization through your device when we request authorization from you.
3. Access to read external storage
When you add pictures from your phone's photo album to [Glowcam] for content creation, we will need to obtain the permission to read the external storage from your device READ_deTERNAL_STORGE and collect the image information (personal information) in your phone's storage space. This permission requires your authorization and permission. If you refuse to provide it, it will only prevent you from using this feature, but will not affect your normal use of other features of the product and/or service. You can refuse or disable this permission authorization through your device when we request authorization from you.
4. Permission to write to external storage
When you use [Glowcam] to create a work and save the final work to the album, we will need to obtain permission to write your device's Write.ETERNAL_STORGE to external storage and write your image information (personal information) to the phone's storage space. This permission requires your authorization and permission. If you refuse to provide it, it will only prevent you from using this feature, but will not affect your normal use of other features of the product and/or service. You can refuse or disable this permission authorization through your device when we request authorization from you.
(2) We directly collect and use personal information
We will collect the information you voluntarily provide when using the service, as well as the information generated during your use of features or acceptance of the service through automated means, in the following ways:
1. Ensure the normal operation of "Glowcam" and its services
When you use "Glowcam" and related services, in order to ensure the normal operation of software and services, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), network device hardware address (MAC), IP address, software version number, network access method and type, and operation log information. Please understand that this information is the basic information we must collect to provide services and ensure the normal operation of our products.
2. Provide you with image synthesis function or service
The image synthesis function is one of the core features of "Glowcam". To achieve this function, we may collect and use the following information or permissions:
(1) Your operational and usage behavior information;
(2) The information you voluntarily provide, including uploaded photos, text, and voice messages;
(3) When importing images or creating and synthesizing videos, we will request your authorization to read/modify sensitive permissions of the content in the SD card. If you refuse to provide authorization, you will not be able to use the video synthesis function and the function of saving the final synthesized work to the album, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of [Glowcam].
(4) We neither store nor share/process your personal facial information with any third party. The purpose of collecting such information is only for the facial recognition function of image synthesis function (including but not limited to facial fusion effect, AI dressing effect, stylization effect, hairstyle effect). Your personal facial information is saved by the carrier (such as mobile phone or other smart handheld terminal device) and its system when you upload the avatar photo, and we will not save your personal facial information.
Refusing to provide the above information may prevent you from using the core functions, but it does not affect the normal use of other functions and services of 'Glowcam'.
For this purpose, the information we need to collect includes your device information (hardware model, device MAC address, etc.) IMEl、IDFA、IMSI、 Necessary software list, browser model, log information, search terms, personal location information (where precise positioning information is sensitive personal information).
Please be aware that we have conducted de identification processing when collecting and using the above information. Data analysis only corresponds to specific codes that cannot be directly associated with user identity, and cannot and will never be associated with your true identity.
3. Ensure the safety of products, services, and user usage
To help us better understand the operation of "[Glowcam]" and related services, in order to ensure the security of operation and service provision, we may record network log information, as well as frequency of use of software and related services, crash data, overall installation, usage, and performance data information.
